Microsoft 365 / Exchange Online Setup

1. Go to Exchange Admin Center > Mail flow > Rules
2. Click Add rule > Create new rule
3. Use this exact configuration:

   Rule name	SigAudit Auto Scan
   Apply this rule if	The sender is located inside the organization AND The recipient is located outside the organization
   Do the following	Add recipients to the Bcc box
   Bcc address	Your unique inbound address from the dashboard
   Rule mode	Enforce

4. Scroll down to Properties > Limit this rule to: 1.5% of messages

Save the rule. It will activate immediately.
