Your mail server will silently BCC 1.5% of all outgoing external mail to SigAudit. We will extract only the signature block, run the audit, then immediately delete the original email completely.
No reply is ever sent. No notifications are sent to employees. Only the account owner will receive alerts if signatures are failing consistently.
